FEMA OpenFEMA — NFIP Redacted Policies, version 2. Policy transaction records for the National Flood Insurance Program, published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and anonymised to census tract and ZIP code level.
Reference sources for zone definitions
Flood zone descriptions follow FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map conventions. To find the zone for a specific property, use the FEMA Flood Map Service Center at msc.fema.gov.
Refresh schedule
FEMA updates the policy file approximately monthly. We recalculate every published figure on each refresh and record the date in the site footer.
